These are the study modes we offer for Certificate III in Children’s Services and Diploma of Children's Services
Flexible
Full time option (Certificate III only) is referred to as class room based learning 9.30 - 5.00pm. As part of the training you are required to spend a minimum of 22 days in a child care centre working with children of all ages putting the your theoretical skills into practice.
External study offers students the ability to study when and where they choose. Study materials are delivered to their door with all the required learning, activities and assessments, and students can their study start at anytime. Even though students are studying externally, they are given all the help and support needed. An enhance training trainer is allocated to each external student who will regularly contact the student.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is generally known as the process by which individuals can have their prior experience, qualification and informal learning recognised formally through supporting evidence of competency and assessment.
National Recognition is where students have previously achieved competency in a unit assessed as equivalent to the unit of study required by this course.

No matter what mode of study chosen students can be assured that our trainers are always accessible to answer queries students may have. We hold regular specialty workshops on various course modules throughout the course where external student are also invited to attend.
